Bí quyết giúp da mặt nam giới luôn sạch và khỏe khoắn

Acne isn’t exactly the sexiest topic, but it happens, and ignoring it isn’t going help anything, so let’s just dive in, shall we?

#1 KEEP IT CLEAN

The best way to deal with acne, pimples, blackheads, and other such skin issues is to get out ahead of them. Cleansing your skin is absolutely the most crucial thing you can do for your face. Bar soap isn’t going to cut it here, and it might do more harm than good. For many, regular use of a face specific wash, such as the NIVEA MEN Protect & Care Face Wash Gel, will do the trick to clean away the excess oil, dirt, and bacteria that lead to skin issues.
Beyond washing, you’ll want to keep tabs on the stuff that comes in contact with your face. So wash your pillowcases and towels at least weekly and give your cell phone a once over daily with an alcohol wipe.

#2 GET BUFFED

Beyond a simple washing, which will clean the surface, exfoliating a couple times a week can go a long way and will work to cleanout clogged pores. Little known fact, shaving actually works well to strip layers of dead skin from your face too, so if you shave daily you can probably get away with exfoliating less often. That said, shaving can be quite tricky during a breakout, so take care when shaving already irritated areas. And try dry shaving if your skin isn’t responding well to wet shaving.

#3 STAY HYDRATED

Maintaining a good lookin’ mug doesn’t end after you’ve washed, in fact, keeping your skin hydrated is equally important. While it may seem counterproductive to put moisturizer on your face if you have oily skin, it helps keep things smooth and doesn’t cause acne–as long as you use the right one. If your skin is especially oily, avoid oil-based products and look for a water-based moisturizer such as our NIVEA MEN Sensitive Face Wash. Beyond gel, it’s not a bad idea to let your body hydrate from within, so be sure to gulp down at least 8 glasses of H2O daily, and maybe take it easy on the booze and caffeine.

#4 CALL IN BACKUP

If you’ve followed all of these tips, you should start to see some big time changes in the appearance of your skin, but if you still seem to be facing acne, pimples, and other skin woes, hit up a dermatologist and get fixed up with some medicated products.
